I do not want junk mail - my letter box states that very clearly. Novak are serial offenders . However when I politely ask them to respect that I am gravely concerned about the precious use of our very limited resources and do not want junk mail they have previously responded with an apology and not repeated this.
Now they have a new staff member - Glenn Higgs . 3 times in a very short period I have had his unnecessary and unwanted junk mail left in my letter box and I have politely asked him to desist . Neigh an apology or acknowledgement - and today here comes number 4. I have had enough - I had not wanted to give my name or address as then those paid to deliver this unsolicited mail would avoid my address rather than respecting the very clear and simple directive no junk mail that should be afforded all residents . Shame on you ,
Had on of their agents come to my door unexpectedly, first thing he said " I'm here to kick you out your house..... Just kidding. Although the landlord has sold" after realising that removing people from their homes isn't a joking matter then asked to take some pictures to which I told him not a good time.
To clarify any of this I tried calling their office, I wanted to complain about how unprofessional the agent was and some information about our unit being sold or not. After three days and three calls I finally get a response. No apology, just a vague explanation that it might be sold in the late future.
Completely unprofessional, terrible communication and I'm not even a tenant with them.
For an agent that has "professionalism" on his own business card it's an utter joke.
Seller of unit in Narrabeen, NSW. I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with Novak Properties, I recently decided to downsize and sell my 2 bedroom unit in Narrabeen. What could have been a very stressful time was in fact stressless. From the minute I engaged Novak the team was on board. Everything from the social media, the photographer, signage, marketing etc. was superb. The young man that looked after my sale Bidhan Shrestha was extremely professional and respectful and is a credit to the Novak team.
The worst customer service we have ever experienced. Their portfolio of properties encounters serious structural problems, they make up properties to look beautiful, charge over market price, don't give any assistance in resolving the issues, and steal the bond/deposit from the clients. they are a rip-off and should not be allowed to do business.
